The why behind my work

I’m a speech therapist and an ADHD-Certified Rehabilitation Service Provider. My son’s ADHD journey showed me the power of being seen and heard. Now, I help others uncover how their minds work, so they can step into their lives with clarity and be understood- by themselves and others.

Areas of Executive Functioning

Struggling here might mean living in constant clutter-physically or mentally-making it tough to find things or plan steps effectively

Organization

This might show up as chronic lateness, missed deadlines, or difficulty estimating how long tasks take.

Time Management

Task Initiation

Procrastination can be a big sign here. You know what needs doing but feel stuck at the starting line.

Impulse Control

Without this, you may blurt out thoughts, act without thinking, or struggle with resisting immediate temptations.

This impacts holding information in your mind, so you might forget instructions quickly or lose track of what you were doing.

Working Memory

You might feel like emotions are on a hair-trigger, with difficulty calming down once upset.

Emotional Regulation

Planning and Prioritization

This can look like always tackling what’s urgent but never feeling like you’re working on what’s truly important.

Change or unexpected situations can feel overwhelming, making it hard to adapt.
